About The Position

YSS is looking for energetic, caring, and dependable Kids Club Program Assistants to work at United Elementary School. In this role, you will help create a safe, engaging, and fun environment for elementary-age children before school, after school, and on no-school days. Kids Club is a place where children can learn, explore, build friendships, and feel supported. As a Program Assistant, you will help create the experiences that make that possible. Whether leading a game, helping with homework, serving a healthy snack, or being a positive role model, you will play an important part in helping kids grow in confidence, skills, and connection. Duties may change at any time.

Requirements

• At least 16 years old.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification within three months of hire.
• A genuine enthusiasm for working with children and helping them succeed.
