Kids Club - Child Care Attendant
About The Position
Austin Country Club in Austin, TX is looking to hire a part-time Kids Club / Child Care Attendant to supervise the children at our club. This early childhood position earns a competitive wage of $18/hour. We provide great benefits, including free meals on shift, and uniforms. As a Kids Club / Child Care Attendant, you're responsible for supervising children ages 4 to 10 and ensuring they remain safe. You engage in a variety of activities to keep them occupied, including playing games and doing arts and crafts. At times, you watch movies and help children with their snacks. You keep a close eye on the children while they're eating and stay aware of any food allergies they might have. Once the evening comes to an end, you clean up the space and make sure that all items are organized and put away in the correct places. You're a responsible and dedicated member of our team, which is why you thrive in this position working with children!
Requirements
- Food handler's certificate
- Enjoys working with children
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Highly organized and attentive to detail
- Ability to balance multiple tasks while demonstrating good time management
- Reliable and responsible
Responsibilities
