About The Position
Rocking Horse Ranch Resort, an award winning family friendly resort located in Highland, NY, is seeking talented and personable Kids Club Attendants for our children’s program. The Kids Club Attendants' goal is to provide outstanding service and to ensure a safe, memorable, and fun-filled experience at the Resort.
Requirements
- Guest focused approach and high level of patience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic, adept at multi-tasking, and a true team player
Nice To Haves
- 1+ year(s) child care experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Plan and enthusiastically implement daily programs/activities for children in a small group setting
- Monitor general safety of all participating children
- Identify and respond to any behavioral issues
- Ensure that the Children's Center is kept clean and organized
- Maintain strong understanding of all emergency procedures
- Other related duties as assigned
