About The Position
The Kids Club Attendant is responsible for providing excellent customer service, organizing structured activities and programs for children, and maintaining a clean and safe environment in the childcare room. This role requires punctual attendance and adherence to company values. The position is part-time with a compensation of $15 per hour. CPR/AED certification is a must. The company is committed to enhancing the health and well-being of its members and guests through a respectful and inclusive community.

Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Provide structured activities and programs for children
- Communicate member complaints and incident reports within 24 hours to management
- Make sure the childcare room and toys/accessories are kept clean at all times
- Adhere to Fitness Formula Core Values at all times
- Punctual attendance for shifts is required
