About The Position

Dance To EvOLvE is a mobile dance company seeking passionate and reliable Dance Teachers to lead high-quality classes in Creative Movement, Tap, Ballet, and Hip Hop for children aged 14 months to 12 years old. Classes are held in various locations across the San Diego area, including recreation centers and schools. The company emphasizes a team environment where teachers enjoy their work and are supported in their professional growth. They are looking for individuals who are fun, dynamic, energetic, animated, personable, professional, reliable, prompt, communicative, organized, and who love working with children and young teens. The role involves excellent class management, creativity, and a focus on having fun, with no advanced classes or competitions.

Requirements

• Fully vaccinated.
• Reliable transportation.
• Dance experience.
• Adore and find joy in working with children and young teens.
• Excellent class management skills.
• Ability to implement creativity.
• Must be fun, dynamic, energetic, animated, personable, professional, reliable, prompt, communicative, and organized.
• No drama.

Responsibilities
