About The Position

Towbin Kia, part of the Towbin Auto Group, is looking for an experienced Kia Master Technician to join our high-volume, state-of-the-art service department in Henderson. We're looking for a highly skilled technician with strong diagnostic abilities, advanced mechanical and electrical knowledge, and previous dealership experience. Requirements

• Kia Certification Required
• Previous automotive dealership technician experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Advanced electrical and mechanical knowledge
• Ability to diagnose complex vehicle concerns
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Dependable and professional work ethic
• Team-oriented attitude
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Nice To Haves

• Kia Master Technician Certification
• Previous Kia dealership experience
• ASE Certifications
• EV/Hybrid training or certification
• Advanced electrical and EV diagnostic experience

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on Kia vehicles
• Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
• Perform advanced electrical troubleshooting
• Utilize Kia factory diagnostic equipment and OEM repair procedures
• Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs to manufacturer standards
• Perform thorough multi-point inspections
• Identify and communicate recommended repairs
• Maintain accurate repair orders and service documentation
• Work closely with Service Advisors to communicate repair findings
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
• Stay current with Kia technology, training, and repair procedures
