Requirements

Minimum 3 years as a Kia Master Technician with proven Kia diagnostic and repair experience.
Kia dealership experience is required.
Strong knowledge of Kia systems, tools, and repair procedures with a commitment to quality workmanship.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
Must be 18 years or older.
Must pass pre-employment testing including a background check and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

ASE, Smog, and manufacturer certifications are desired.

Responsibilities

Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Utilizing diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately diagnose mechanical and electrical malfunctions of vehicles and perform repairs.
Accurately documenting records of all repairs, services, and maintenance performed on vehicles in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards.
Collaborating with the service team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs.
Performing maintenance and repairs with efficiency and in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards.
