SMCP is seeking a passionate and inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the store. This role involves creating a welcoming and inclusive culture, building customer relationships, and providing a premium experience. The Keyholder will be responsible for essential start and end-of-day cash reconciliation, opening/closing procedures, understanding store goals and KPI results, overseeing store safety, assisting with escalated customer issues, supporting new employees, performing operational tasks, and providing leadership in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
