Requirements

1+ years of prior service experience.
Love for Customer Service
Friendly and outgoing
Solid Communication Skills
Fashion Savvy
Flexibility (as it relates to scheduling).
Interest in career advancement
Retail and cash handling experience

Responsibilities

Carry out essential start and end of day cash reconciliation.
Opening/closing the store.
Oversee store safety.
Assist with escalated customer issues.
Provide support to new employees.
Perform operational tasks.
Provide leadership duties in the absence of Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
Building relationships and outreach to our customers.
Creating fitting room experiences.
Wardrobing and styling clients from head to toe.
Creating a welcoming and inclusive culture.
