Your responsibilities include modeling and coaching for the ultimate consumer experience through customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations. You will support the leadership team in growing sales, coaching staff on selling behaviors, ensuring operational excellence in product placement and visual merchandising, and leading a positive shopping experience while driving key initiatives.
