About The Position

The Keyholder supports store managers with daily operations, sales, and operational standards while providing outstanding customer service. The role includes supporting employees, completing opening and closing routines, leading by example, and teaching and training team members. Keyholders share information about fashion, store events, Nordstrom gift cards, the Nordstrom Rewards program, and the mailing list. They also help keep selling floors and stockrooms organized and complete inventory processes, ensuring merchandise is checked in and accurately ticketed.

Requirements

Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and initiative.
Identify opportunities that benefit customers and develop solutions that meet their expectations, including resolving issues.
Adapt quickly to new store initiatives, concepts, and services.
Have proven success working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to multitask.
Frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
Have a basic understanding of technology tools and computer applications, such as Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
