The ideal Customer Experience Specialist is motivated, detailed oriented, and committed to providing outstanding customer service every day. In this role, you’ll wear many hats from working with stylists to processing merchandise to supporting in-store events. A typical day involves welcoming customers by being an effective storyteller and skilled at engaging with diverse audiences. You will quickly understand a customer’s needs, with an emphasis on connecting them to services such as Online Order Pickup, Alterations, Styling, Returns, and Gift Wrapping. Communication with customers will be professional, including answering phones, communicating via email, and providing feedback on trend, fit, and style. The role also requires understanding and supporting back-of-house processes, including inventory management and assisting with maintaining organization and cleanliness. You will support event execution by being the point of contact for RSVPs, tracking customer contact information, and acting as a door greeter. During some shifts, you will be responsible for opening and closing the building, following proper security procedures, and performing light cleaning duties such as sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, dishwashing, and restroom maintenance.
