The ideal Key Holder is motivated, detailed oriented, and committed to providing outstanding customer service every day. In this role, you’ll wear many hats from assisting managers with daily operations of the store, to maximize sales and maintain operational standards. This position involves supporting a team of employees to ensure operational tasks and procedures are successful, completing opening and closing routines, and always keeping the customer at the center of everything. The Key Holder is expected to lead by example, setting and exceeding personal and company goals while emphasizing amazing customer service. They will also support and train employees, share fashion information, promote Nordstrom programs, and assist in maintaining organized selling floors and stockrooms, including completing all inventory processes.
