Requirements

Ability to lift and move up to 30 lbs.
Able to operate cash register, perform stock duties and provide customer service.
Basic mathematical skills.
Self-motivated and a team player.
Able to work efficiently with an awareness of surroundings.

Positive attitude and takes pride in work.

Nice To Haves

Ability to drive and carry a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
Previous supervisory experience in customer service with retail or food service experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Operate the cash register and point of sale system accurately and efficiently.
Perform opening and closing procedures.
Make nightly cash deposits as needed.
Complete reports such as donation counts, readings, daily business statements, deposits, and cash drawer balances.
Inspect textiles, items, and goods to determine saleability.
Sort, hang, tag, price, and prepare items for resale.
Promote the development of service participants.
Maintain a clean and safe work area, free of hazards.
Operate equipment with attention to safe operating procedures.
