About The Position

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a dynamic, driven, and creative Key Sales Associate to help deliver an outstanding customer experience. The role involves understanding customers’ needs, presenting merchandise and explaining its features and benefits, offering extended service plans and financing options, and working with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals. The Key Sales Associate may also assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties. The company provides training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and other skills to support career development. Responsibilities
