About The Position
Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking dynamic, driven, and creative individuals to join its team. The Key Sales Associate helps customers celebrate and express themselves by providing a superior customer experience. The role includes engaging customers to understand their needs, presenting merchandise and explaining its features and benefits, offering extended service plans and financing options, and working with the sales team to meet individual and team sales goals. The associate may also assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties. Training is provided in sales techniques, product knowledge, and other skills to support career development.
Requirements
- One year of sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
