About The Position

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a dynamic, driven, and creative Key Sales Associate to contribute to a strong team and provide an outstanding customer experience. The role involves helping customers express themselves through merchandise while developing sales and product knowledge skills. The company offers training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and career development, and promotes advancement from within. The position may include assisting the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.
