About The Position

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking dynamic, driven, and creative individuals to join its sales team. The Key Sales Associate helps customers find merchandise that meets their needs, explains product features and benefits, offers extended service plans and financing options, and works with the sales team to deliver a superior customer experience and meet sales goals. The role may also assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties. The company provides training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and other skills, and promotes advancement from within.

• One year of sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections.
• Present merchandise and provide detailed information about its features and benefits.
• Offer extended service plans and financing options.
• Work with the sales team to provide a superior experience to customers.
• Meet individual and team sales goals.
• May assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.
