About The Position

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a dynamic, driven, and creative Key Sales Associate to support its customer-focused sales team. The role centers on helping customers celebrate and express themselves through jewelry and delivering a superior customer experience. The company offers training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and career development, and maintains a promotion-from-within philosophy. The associate may also assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.

Requirements

• Commitment to excellence, desire to grow, and ability to provide a superior customer experience.
• One year of sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections.
• Present merchandise and provide detailed information about product features and benefits.
• Offer extended service plans and financing options.
• Work with the sales team to provide a superior experience to customers.
• Meet individual and team sales goals.
• May assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.
