About The Position
Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a dynamic, driven, and creative Key Sales Associate to help deliver an outstanding customer experience. The role involves understanding customer needs, presenting merchandise and explaining its features and benefits, and offering extended service plans and financing options. Key Sales Associates work with the sales team to meet individual and team sales goals and may assist the Store Manager or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties. The company offers training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and other skills, along with opportunities for career advancement and promotion from within.
Requirements

- One year of sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections.
