About The Position
Psycho Bunny is a rebelliously refined clothing brand known for its premium quality, vibrant style, and distinctive logo. With over 200 points of sale globally, the company is expanding and seeking to redefine bold standards in retail. The Key Holder, reporting to the Store Manager, is responsible for managing and promoting a sales culture within a retail environment to achieve sales, KPI, and profitability goals. This role involves strategic planning, expense control, and ensuring a consistently high customer experience in line with Psycho Bunny's core values and service standards.
Requirements
- 1 year minimum of experience in retail management
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture
Responsibilities
- Build a delighted and loyal customer base through engagement, conversion, and capturing customer contact information.
- Assist with the recruitment, training, development, and succession of high-performing Team Members.
- Maintain and develop personal and team Product Knowledge and the ability to communicate it to customers.
- Manage payroll control and service-driven scheduling to ensure profitability and high service levels.
- Analyze customer profiles, buying trends, and competitive information to drive business.
- Manage and monitor Loss Prevention.
- Manage and achieve or exceed all Inventory and Shrink goals; oversee and manage Physical Inventory.
- Execute and process merchandise, both incoming and outgoing (Transfers).
- Communicate merchandise opportunities to the store manager.
- Ensure execution and maintenance of all Visual Directives and guarantee the visual presentation of the Store meets or exceeds Psycho Bunny’s standards.
- Execute all requirements concerning OSHA & COVID-19 to maintain a safe and compliant working atmosphere.
- Assist with other duties as required by the store manager.
- Work collaboratively with all other Psycho Bunny team members to achieve goals.
