Full Time Key Holder - Cotton On 512 Broadway Mega
About The Position
Cotton On is seeking a Full Time Key Holder to join their team. This role involves opening and closing the store, leading the store team as part of management, and providing exceptional customer service. The Key Holder will process sales transactions, assist with inventory control and merchandising, and ensure store cleanliness and safety standards are maintained. They will also support loss prevention efforts, engage with customers and teams professionally, and train new associates. The ideal candidate will be able to interact collaboratively, work as a team, maintain a professional presence, and motivate others.
Requirements
- Ability to move around the store throughout the shift/workday
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly (e.g., boxes or other merchandise packages, bins, clothing racks, stools/ladders)
- Ability to regularly squat/kneel (e.g., to access under-storage bins, during visual resets)
- Ability to regularly use a ladder, step stool or raised platform safely to complete required tasks
Responsibilities
- Open and close the store in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Lead the store team as part of management
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist in inventory control, restocking, and merchandising
- Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards are upheld
- Support loss prevention efforts and report any unusual activity
- Engages with store teams and customers professionally and respectfully
- Train and mentor new associates as needed
- Ability to interact collaboratively and work as a team towards a common goal
- Maintain a professional presence and motivate and inspire others
- Acting in a respectful manner to customers, managers and peers
