About The Position

Cotton On is seeking a Key Holder to join their team. This role involves opening and closing the store, leading the team as part of management, and providing exceptional customer service. The Key Holder will also be responsible for processing sales transactions, assisting with inventory control and merchandising, ensuring store cleanliness and safety, supporting loss prevention, and engaging with customers and teams professionally. Additionally, the role includes training and mentoring new associates and maintaining a motivating presence.

Requirements

• Ability to move around the store throughout the shift/workday
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to regularly squat/kneel
• Ability to regularly use a ladder, step stool or raised platform safely

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Lead the store team as part of management
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Assist in inventory control, restocking, and merchandising
• Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards are upheld
• Support loss prevention efforts and report any unusual activity
• Engages with store teams and customers professionally and respectfully
• Train and mentor new associates as needed
• Ability to interact collaboratively and work as a team towards a common goal
• Maintain a professional presence and motivate and inspire others
• Acting in a respectful manner to customers, managers and peers
