About The Position
Join a fun and dynamic team in a role with plenty of opportunities to grow! This position involves advising customers to maximize sales potential as well as opening and closing the store. You will be responsible for providing customers with a warm welcome, helping them find what they are looking for, explaining products, suggesting other items, and being available to customers. You will also be responsible for meeting and exceeding personal sales goals, managing the sales floor when managers are not present, preparing and placing products on the sales floor, ensuring the store and backstore are clean and tidy, staying informed about new products, processing customer transactions, and respecting and applying head office policies and procedures. Other duties to support the team may also be required.
Requirements
- Previous sales experience
- Love clothing that celebrates feel-good femininity (like lingerie, sleepwear and swimwear)
- Listen to customers’ needs to provide the very best service
- Be proactive and conscientious
- Be open to working holidays and longer hours during busy periods
