Join the Boot Country Team as a Key Holder! At Boot Country we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and helping every guest find the perfect pair of boots while they are downtown on Broadway! We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Key Holder to join our team and help create an outstanding shopping experience in a fast-paced retail environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with retail experience who is ready to take the next step into leadership and grow their career in retail management. As a Key Holder, you will serve as a vital member of our management support team. You’ll help lead daily store operations, provide exceptional customer service, and assist with opening and closing procedures. This role is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys working with people, thrives in a team environment, and is eager to develop leadership skills.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of retail or customer service leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead by example and support team success
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• High school diploma or GED required
• Comfortable wearing western boots while working
• Ability to move and handle merchandise weighing up to 60 pounds
• Basic knowledge of point-of-sale systems and store technology

Responsibilities

• Support management with daily store operations

• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and store security
• Maintain knowledge of store products, policies, and operational procedures
• Help train and support new team members
• Keep the sales floor organized, stocked, and visually appealing
• Promote teamwork and a positive store culture
