As a Barista Sales Associate and Keyholder in our Coffee Marketplace, you’ll be a vital part of daily operation by crafting delicious beverages, engaging with guests, and supporting store activities to create memorable experiences. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves coffee and food, and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest service in a fun, dynamic setting. This position is eligible to receive a company sign-on bonus of $750.00 sign-on bonus (payable in two installments-$375.00 bonus payable at 90 days and $375.00 bonus at 180 days of service)

Requirements

• Previous barista, food service or retail experience preferred, but a passion for coffee and guest service is essential.
• Interest in learning about coffee and specialty beverages to create and service them with care.
• Friendly, outgoing, and dedicated to providing exceptional service.
• Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• A collaborative, upbeat approach that makes work fun and engaging.
• Commitment to following health department standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Valid Food Handler Certificate in compliance with applicable state and local health department regulations required upon hire or within 30 days of your start date.
• Proof of certification must be submitted to management or Human Resources upon completion.

Nice To Haves

• Managers and Supervisors are required to maintain all applicable food safety certifications, including Food Handler and Food Protection Manager (ServSafe Manager) certifications, as required by local health authorities. Maintaining current certification is a condition of continued employment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, smoothies, and other café offerings with consistency, quality, and care.
• Create warm, welcoming interactions with guests to ensure every visit is memorable.
• Maintain cleanliness, follow food safety standards, and ensure proper sanitation at all times.
• Share knowledge of coffee, food items, and marketplace products to enhance the guest experience.
• Assist with cashiering, stocking, and keeping the store guest-ready at all times.
• Work alongside leadership and fellow team members to achieve service and sales goals.
• Help present food & beverage and retail products in an appealing, organized way.
