The Key Accounts Director is responsible for developing and executing strategic business plans for assigned national and regional key customers to drive profitable revenue growth, market share, and customer satisfaction. This role involves deploying customer strategy and growing Flowers Foods’ revenue, distribution, market share, and profitability with the assigned key account(s). The Key Accounts Director will build and implement the customer strategy to attain volume growth targets, achieve category goals, build market share, expand distribution, manage Trade Promotion Budgets, and increase profitability through more effective assortment, improved space and position, and effective promotional strategy and tactics. The ideal candidate must have experience and the skillset to build relationships, conduct business, and enhance Flowers’ reputation with our customers’ key decision makers.
