About The Position

As our Key Account Specialist, you will support the Key Account Management team by executing both operational and analytical activities that enable front-line teams to focus on customer engagement and growth. This role serves as a critical link between data/reporting insights and day to day account execution, managing contract processes, system data integrity, reporting, and cross-functional coordination to ensure efficient account performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of progressive and successful experience in sales operations, customer support, contract administration, or related business support role.
  • Experience working with CRM, ERP, or contract management systems preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Operations, or related field preferred. (Equivalent experience (4+ years in sales support, data/contract management, or operations environment) acceptable in lieu of degree).
