About The Position

The Key Account Operations Manager (“KAOM”) is a critical member of the Semiconductor Key Accounts Team who is responsible for supporting the sales operations of the Key Account activity. She/He is interacting with the Key Account Managers and Director, the factories, the customers and their contractors. The organization’s leadership promotes collaborative problem solving in both formal and informal work teams. Participation and contribution to teamwork within the organization is required. Employees must follow all quality and safety procedures of the company, including those at customer sites if applicable, and must abide by the corporate Code of Conduct in all situations. The KAOM is responsible for ensuring maximum supplier performance to the Key Account and to make recommendations for improvement to the organization and management regarding Delivery Performance, Supply Chain Performance, and Compliance with customer requirements, procedures, industry directives and regulations. The KAOM is the main contact point for the customer for Supply Chain and on-time-delivery issues, as well as supplier compliance topics.

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of two to three years of experience with the Semiconductor industry, preferably with OEMs.
  • Ability to communicate in English verbally and in writing.
  • Superior math skills required.
  • Strong reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capacity to analyze both practical and complex challenges in environments with limited standardization.
  • Proven ability to multitask and thrive in fast-paced settings while maintaining a structured and disciplined approach to managing major customer accounts.
  • Adept at assessing customer requirements and designing effective support strategies to meet business needs.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and other business software.
  • Experience using standard office equipment and computer-based systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and maintain analytical tools for evaluating customer data such as forecasts, consumption trends, and performance metrics.
  • Skilled in developing data-driven planning recommendations to support customer-specific programs and initiatives.
  • A valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record are required at the time of hire and periodically thereafter.
  • Ability to travel by air and vehicle both domestically and internationally.
  • Ability to drive a car and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Nice To Haves

  • Existing customer network with the key Semiconductor OEMs is preferred.
  • Prior experience and good understanding of vacuum technology is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Bilingual in Vietnamese preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring maximum supplier performance to the Key Account and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Managing Delivery Performance and Supply Chain Performance.
  • Ensuring compliance with customer requirements, procedures, industry directives and regulations.
  • Acting as the main contact point for the customer for Supply Chain and on-time-delivery issues, as well as supplier compliance topics.
  • Collecting and analyzing data relevant to delivery performance.
  • Working with the Customer Success team to ensure maximum delivery performance.
  • Collecting sales forecast data or information from the customer, analyzing the data and processing it and forwarding it to the appropriate organization.
  • Organizing monthly OTD scorecard review meetings with internal stakeholders.
  • Preparing material for the Supplier Performance Scorecard.
  • Analyzing Supplier Performance and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Analyzing customer operating procedures.
  • Receiving Key Account requests for compliance with customer requirements or industry directives and working with the factory for implementation.
