The KAM acts as the liaison between customers and internal cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions tailored to customer needs. This individual is responsible for managing and inspiring employees to achieve business goals and objectives, contributing to product sales. Additionally, the KAM serves as the team captain for Marketing and Project Requests, coordinating SKU setup, item requests, and internal workflows, particularly with Lowe's.
