Hexcel is seeking a Key Account Manager for its defense and space markets. This is a remote, individual contributor role focused on driving growth within the business unit. The position reports to the Director of Customer Business Teams and is responsible for executing customer strategies in the Americas, driving global next-generation customer program developments, and overseeing all customer-related activities. This includes managing existing business, increasing market share, and identifying and maturing growth pursuits aligned with Hexcel's technology roadmaps. The role is strategic and operational, requiring partnership and mentorship with other Account Managers, Technical Service, and supply chain teams to develop customer growth strategies.
