We’re looking for a Key Account Manager to drive growth, optimize customer operations, and deliver high‑value solutions across industrial accounts in the Pulp & Paper and Water industries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of chemical experience within an industrial setting
  • Strong hands‑on troubleshooting and mechanical skills
  • Proven ability to build customer relationships and grow accounts
  • Excellent communication and technical reporting skills
  • Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

  • Grow the business: Identify and win new opportunities while expanding existing accounts
  • Lead technical programs: Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize treatment systems for performance and efficiency
  • Build strong relationships: Serve as a trusted advisor to operations, engineering, and procurement teams
  • Own account success: Manage revenue, pricing, contracts, and customer satisfaction
  • Deliver results: Present insights, drive improvements, and support customers in achieving operational goals
  • Champion safety & compliance across all customer sites
