About The Position

This role requires direct client interaction, with a focus on analyzing business performance and designing tailored programs to address each client’s unique needs. The ideal candidate will consistently deliver exceptional service, cultivate long-term client relationships, and drive high customer satisfaction—ultimately contributing to contract renewals, expansions, and sustained business growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in account management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare, analyze and present sophisticated business reviews to clients
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills coupled with a strong customer service orientation
  • Proven long-term relationship building experience
  • Demonstrated ability to use analytical and intuitive judgment and sound decision making
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software

  • Prepare business reviews
  • Improve profitability
  • Provide recommendations for program enhancements to optimize effectiveness and improve customer value
  • Quickly resolve day-to-day service issues to ensure seamless client operations and satisfaction
  • Assists in operational set-up of new business
