About The Position

Sinclair is hiring a field-based Key Account Manager to cover the central UK area. This role focuses on growing the UK medical aesthetics business by selling premium aesthetic capital equipment to aesthetic clinics, laser clinics, medspas, and private practices. The Key Account Manager will have full ownership of their territory and sales pipeline. Sinclair is a global medical aesthetics organization founded in 1971, with an extensive product range sold in 55 countries. The company is expanding its product range and entering new markets, making it an exciting time to join.

Requirements

• BA degree in business, pharmaceuticals, or any relevant related degree
• Minimum 3 years of devices aesthetics relevant experience
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proven B2B field sales experience
• Fluency in English
• Proven B2B field sales experience
• Strong new-business and closing skills
• Experience selling capital equipment, medical devices or premium aesthetic technology
• Comfortable selling high-value products based on performance and ROI
• Self-motivated, commercial and target-driven

Nice To Haves

• Experience in aesthetics, medical aesthetics or private healthcare preferred
• Experience selling into aesthetic clinics, medspas, dermatology practices or other private healthcare businesses would be highly relevant.

Responsibilities

• Win new clinic accounts and grow territory
• Prospect, present, demonstrate and close sales
• Build ROI and commercial cases for customers
• Manage own pipeline and sales target
• Develop relationships with clinic owners and decision-makers
• Attend industry events and customer demonstrations
