Requirements

  • Experience in global key account management, development of strategies and customer-specific solutions based on market and customer analyses.
  • Establishment and maintenance of VP/C-level contacts, confident expectation management and conflict resolution.
  • Successful in increasing sales, pricing models, and cross-selling/up-selling.
  • Routine in complex deals, contract and renewal negotiations, including compliance awareness.
  • Experience in global teamwork and project management across multiple locations.
  • Confident in using CRM, reporting, and analytics tools; creation of forecasts and reports.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills, fluent English (additional languages an advantage).

Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing a global key account strategy for long-term business development.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with VP/C-level decision-makers worldwide as a central point of contact.
  • Achieving growth and profitability targets, identifying cross-selling and up-selling potential.
  • Conducting contract and price negotiations and ensuring smooth renewals.
  • Close coordination with sales, marketing, engineering, and service across all locations.
  • Continuous monitoring of market trends and customer needs, and reporting to management.
