Requirements

  • Key Account Manager or related experience in client relationship management, account management, or B2B service delivery
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel
  • Highly organized self-starter with the ability to manage a multi-site portfolio and prioritize competing demands
  • Strong communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills with a proactive, resourceful approach
  • Must be based in and able to travel to client sites multiple times per week; this is not a remote position
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 years of functional experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in vending, beverage, hospitality, or tech procurement industries strongly preferred
  • Cantaloupe Seed experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned client locations, prioritizing retention and satisfaction
  • Travel to client sites multiple times per week to provide onsite support and proactive service
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues quickly and thoroughly from start to finish
  • Collaborate with onsite attendants and internal teams across purchasing, fulfillment, and operations
  • Maintain organized schedules and proactive communication to stay ahead of client needs
  • Utilize Salesforce, Power BI, Cantaloupe Seed, and Microsoft Excel to manage accounts and report on performance
