Responsible for managing key customer contacts and maintaining a long term relationship with accounts. You will act as the key interface between the key customers and all internal teams. Develop trust relationships with major customers to ensure their confidence. Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements. Ensure the correct products are delivered to customers in a timely manner. Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust. Understand how to deliver bad news and a recovery plan. Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts using key account metrics. Comply with applicable environmental, health and safety laws and regulations, Company policy and accepted safe work practices.
