This role is responsible for building, supporting, and growing relationships with major retail and big-box customers. The position drives revenue by managing key retail accounts, overseeing promotional programs, supporting category reviews, and ensuring successful new item launches. The KAM will collaborate with various internal teams and external partners to deliver bakery solutions that maximize category growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with syndicated retail data. A background in retail account management or the CPG industry is preferred. The successful candidate should be highly organized, motivated, and skilled at achieving sales targets, with the ability to influence retailer decisions through innovation and data-driven insights.
