About The Position
The LTL & Truckload Brokerage SR serves as the crucial link between shippers (customers) and carriers, managing the entire lifecycle of Less Than Truckload (LTL) and Full Truckload (FTL) shipments to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and timely delivery, requiring excellent communication, multitasking, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities
- Handle high volumes of inbound/outbound calls, emails, and EDI to enter orders, provide updates, and resolve issues for both customers and carriers.
- Accurately process, schedule, and monitor LTL and Truckload shipments, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries.
- Provide competitive quotes, negotiate rates with carriers, and find cost-effective solutions for customers.
- Monitor freight in transit, provide real-time tracking, and proactively communicate status updates.
- Prepare and process essential documents, including Bills of Lading (BOLs), and upload shipping paperwork.
- Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers and carrier partners.
- Address and resolve service failures, discrepancies (Over, Short, Damaged - OS&D), and complex logistics challenges.
