About The Position

LabCorp is seeking a Key Account Executive to join their team in the Florida territory, primarily covering Ft. Myers, FL. The ideal candidate would reside within this territory. This role involves educating, instructing, and upselling to assigned and newly generated accounts, acting as a liaison between clients and the LabCorp operations team, and providing ongoing service and problem resolution to ensure customer retention through superior customer service. The executive will recommend client-focused solutions, manage day-to-day client operations, upsell the current book of business for organic growth, collaborate with senior sales representatives, and continuously provide educational material to clients while resolving customer-related issues in a timely manner. The goal is to consistently meet and exceed monthly retention and upsell targets.

Requirements

  • High school or equivalent
  • Lab experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to travel overnight as needed
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Salesforce experience
  • 2+ years outside sales experience, or account management in healthcare
  • Bilingual and able to read, write and speak Spanish

Responsibilities

  • Educate, instruct and upsell all assigned and newly generated accounts in an assigned territory
  • Act as a liaison between the client and the Labcorp operations team in relation to client needs
  • Provide ongoing service and problem resolution to customer base
  • Ensure customer retention by providing superior customer service
  • Recommend solutions that are client focused and persuasive
  • Provide account management for client's day to day operations
  • Upsell current book of business to increase organic growth
  • Work closely with senior sales representatives to grow book of business
  • Continuously provide educational material to the client base
  • Resolve any customer related issues in a timely manner
  • Meet and exceed monthly retention and upsell goals on a regular basis
