This role involves educating, instructing, and upselling to assigned and new accounts, acting as a liaison between clients and LabCorp operations, and providing ongoing service and problem resolution to ensure customer retention through superior service. The executive will recommend client-focused solutions, manage day-to-day client operations, upsell the current book of business for organic growth, collaborate with senior sales representatives, and continuously provide educational material while resolving customer issues promptly to meet and exceed retention and upsell goals.
