This role involves educating, instructing, and upselling to assigned and newly generated accounts, acting as a liaison between clients and the Labcorp operations team, providing ongoing service and problem resolution, ensuring customer retention through superior service, recommending client-focused solutions, managing day-to-day client operations, upselling the current book of business for organic growth, working with senior sales representatives, providing educational material to clients, and resolving customer issues in a timely manner to meet and exceed retention and upsell goals.
