Labcorp is seeking a Key Account Executive to join our team in our Capital District/Albany, NY territory. The territory for this position covers Capital District and Albany, NY. The ideal candidate would reside within the territory. This role involves educating, instructing, and upselling to assigned and newly generated accounts, acting as a liaison between clients and the LabCorp operations team, and providing ongoing service and problem resolution. The goal is to ensure customer retention through superior customer service, recommend client-focused solutions, manage day-to-day client operations, and upsell the current book of business for organic growth. The position also requires working closely with senior sales representatives to grow the book of business, continuously providing educational material to clients, and resolving customer-related issues in a timely manner to meet and exceed monthly retention and upsell goals.
