Kettle Bell Ringer
About The Position
The Kettle Bell Ringer rings bells for The Salvation Army Christmas Program at assigned locations. The role ensures the kettle is never left unattended and greets the public in a courteous and friendly manner. Duties are conducted in accordance with the ministry of The Salvation Army and its Christian principles. Work is performed outdoors, with discomfort possible from changing weather, noise, dust, and dirt. Duties are performed standing, with brief or occasional periods of sitting or walking. A limited amount of lifting and carrying light objects weighing less than 25 pounds is required for 5–10% of work time. Dressing appropriately is important for comfort.
