About The Position

Columbia City Veterinary Hospital is looking for a dependable and hardworking Kennel Attendant to join our team! We're a well-established, eight-doctor veterinary practice with a strong support team committed to providing excellent care. This position plays an important role in helping us close the hospital and ensuring our team walks into a clean, organized, and well-stocked clinic each day. You'll join a team of compassionate professionals who believe in supporting one another, celebrating each other, and making sure every team member knows their work matters.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize kennels and patient areas
Sweep and mop floors throughout assigned areas
Empty garbage and properly dispose of waste
Restock supplies and other necessary items
Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe hospital environment
Follow hospital cleaning and sanitation protocols
Complete assigned closing duties thoroughly and efficiently
Communicate with teammates about tasks, supplies, or concerns
Jump in wherever needed to help the team finish the day successfully
