About The Position

Bellevue Animal Hospital is seeking a Kennel Assistant to help maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, clients, and staff. The role focuses on janitorial and housekeeping duties, including sanitizing kennels, common spaces, and treatment areas and keeping them stocked with supplies. It suits a self-driven, detail-oriented, organized person who enjoys cleaning and wants to contribute to a team-focused veterinary environment. Prior veterinary experience is not necessary, but candidates must be reliable, friendly, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full- or part-time position with a flexible schedule and availability needed Monday through Friday. Weekends are not required. The position offers $18–$21 per hour. Requirements

• At least 1 year of kennel or animal handling experience.
• Commitment to a career in veterinary medicine and ongoing training.
• Comfort with janitorial and housekeeping duties.
• Ability to administer oral medication.
• Comfort walking dogs.
• Reliability, friendliness, organization, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
