About The Position

Position Summary: The coordinator role will assist the director with the workload managing our corporate partnerships, advancing sales curriculum university wide, and providing students opportunities for involvement in sales club. The coordinator position is a full-time special 12-month appointment with an initial two-year term, renewable contingent upon available funding, continued business needs, and satisfactory performance in the role. Learn more about the Department of Marketing and Center for Sales Excellence: https://biz.colostate.edu/student-experience/departments/department-of-marketing https://biz.colostate.edu/centers-institutes/center-for-professional-selling Essential Job Duties: Assist in decision-making regarding future KCSE Strategic planning, student engagement opportunities, development of sponsorship tiers and programs, and club events, activities, and networking opportunities Assist the sales center director in planning events for the Kendall Center for Sales Excellence Sales Club, including fundraising activities, networking and professional development opportunities, building relationships with outside stakeholders (donors, sponsors, community members, etc.). Develop and manage the sales club's communication channels, including email, social media, and website, to keep members, sponsors, donors, and community members informed of upcoming events and activities. Collaborate with club officers to develop and execute marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives to increase membership and promote the club's activities. Assist in maintaining records of sponsorships/donors, memberships, sales alumni, and club activities. Assist the sales center director with budget oversight/planning/execution Travel as needed with sales competition teams and to sales conferences Perform other duties as assigned by the sales center director. Supervision: This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities. Conditions of Employment: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
