About The Position

Interested in developing and supporting our current instructors? Want to be a part of the most rewarding part of our business? Power Life is looking for Feedback Coaches to help deliver feedback and support to our instructors to ensure continuous growth and applying Power Life's values in classes. This position requires a minimum of 1-2 feedback sessions a month (taking and entering feedback), and participating in our annual feedback training.

Requirements

• Teaching HFW for a minimum of 1.5 years
• Average 3+ on all 9 skills on the rubric
• Willingness to drive to all locations in your market to deliver feedback

Responsibilities

• Deliver feedback and support to instructors.
• Ensure continuous growth of instructors.
• Ensure application of Power Life's values in classes.
• Conduct a minimum of 1-2 feedback sessions per month (taking and entering feedback).
• Participate in annual feedback training.
• Drive to all locations in your market to deliver feedback.
