We are seeking skilled and dedicated Kayak Coaches in Richmond, CA to join our dynamic platform. Kayaking is a popular, accessible paddlesport across the US, spanning calm-water recreation, sea touring, and whitewater. Our top kayak coaches earn $40–$90+/hr and build recurring, seasonal student bases through our platform. Requirements
- 2+ years of kayaking instruction or guiding experience (flatwater, sea/touring, or whitewater).
- Current CPR/First Aid and water-rescue judgment; command of strokes, bracing, and rescue/self-rescue.
- Excellent communication skills to engage, motivate, and effectively teach students of all levels.
Nice To Haves
- Instructor certification preferred (ACA Kayak Instructor or equivalent) — not required.
