About The Position

We're hiring a Kanban Team Lead (1st shift) to oversee warehouse operations and drive performance on the floor. Oversee daily warehouse kanban activities, managing material movements, escalating shortages, and closely directing your team to ensure on time delivery. Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, order preparation, and shipping to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment Oversee inventory control and stock rotation to maintain accuracy and optimize warehouse layout and stock rotation to maintain accuracy and optimize space utilization Supervise and support your team to meet operational goals while upholding safety, security, and compliance standards Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions that enhance productivity to solve operational challenges to enhance efficiency and service quality
